This firm is looking to appoint a Head of Residential Property Department 7 years PQE to work in their thriving Coventry office.

• This is a varied role in which you will be fee-earning on good quality residential property work, whilst also playing a pivotal role in driving the department forwards to ensure its future success

• As an experienced Solicitor, you will promote the very best practices and examine client outcomes in order to find ways to continually improve the quality of service provided

• The role will also encompass business development projects with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors meaning you'll make a contribution to the strategic direction of the practice

The ideal candidate:

• Head of Residential Property Department 7 years PQE (or equivalent)
• Experience in leading others, delivering training and getting the best out of people
• Track record in business development projects with excellent relationship building skills
