The role:

Opportunity for a Construction Projects Associate 1-3 years PQE to join a high-quality practice based in Birmingham.

This role would suit someone who has experience in infrastructure and energy-related transactional construction work. Equally, if you've got a strong background in commercial contracts and can demonstrate your interest and enthusiasm for this exciting area of law, this firm would like to hear from you.

You will be involved in the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts related to centralised and local government-led building and infrastructure schemes; rail and other transport projects; university-related and large-scale real estate projects including build-to-rent, residential, hotel, private rented sector and office schemes.

The Partners will give you a high level of exposure from the outset and an advantageous platform to build your career in the construction industry.

The ideal candidate:

· Construction Projects Associate 1-3 years PQE
· Desire and ability to contribute to business development projects and be hands-on with clients
