The Role

This entrepreneurial firm is looking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor/ Residential Conveyancer to join them in their West Midlands office.

The team deals with a broad range of Residential Property matters for a variety of clients, often dealing with high-value transactions. You will join a friendly, dynamic and busy team and will be instrumental in the success of the department.
You will deal with a broad residential conveyancing caseload which will include, but is not limited to;

• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity

Requirements

• An experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Residential Conveyancer or Legal Executive with at least 2 years PQE
• Forward-thinking, entrepreneurial and dynamic, able to work as a team.
• Someone who can hold and develop new relationships with introducers
