The role:

Opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor 1-3 years PQE to join an industry-leading team in Cardiff.

You will work across a broad range of commercial disputes relating to contracts, shareholders, warranty claims and professional negligence to name a few.

There's also scope to get involved with the firm's public law work in relation to procurement challenges where you'll advise both bidders and contracting authorities on challenges such as those relating to evaluation criteria, scoring methodologies, manifest errors, and limitation issues amongst others.

Therefore, any prior experience in dealing with judicial reviews and/or public inquiries work would also be advantageous.

The ideal candidate:

• Commercial Litigation Solicitor 1-3 years PQE with experience in a quality practice

• Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
• Track record in business development and outstanding client care
