The role:

Opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Associate 1-4 years PQE to join an industry-leading team in Cardiff.

You will work across a broad range of commercial disputes relating to contracts, shareholder and corporate disputes, injunctive relief, financial recoveries, warranty claims, fraud and professional negligence and much more.

As well as managing your own caseload, you'll also work collaboratively with colleagues on complex and high-profile litigation with a well-known Partner at the helm.

The team wants someone who is passionate about business development as they will give you the platform to network amongst the biggest and best in the industry. Therefore, you must have advanced communication skills and a genuine entrepreneurial flair.

The ideal candidate:

• Commercial Litigation Solicitor 1-3 years PQE with experience in a quality practice
