The Role:

• This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a Real Estate Senior Associate to join the firm's dynamic office in Newcastle, with hybrid working in place
• Earning high accreditation in the Legal 500, the Real Estate team advise household names, high-end companies, national housebuilders and regional developers on a broad range of complex property mandates, with particular knowledge in the retail, leisure, education and healthcare sectors
• To align with this, you will manage a diverse caseload covering all aspects of real estate work, including acquisitions & disposals, redevelopments, landlord & tenant matters and portfolio management
• As a Senior Associate, you will also have the opportunity to support the junior members of the team and take the lead on complex & high-value projects
• In return, you can expect to receive plenty of opportunities to progress towards director and partner level

The Ideal Candidate:

• An experienced Real Estate Solicitor with 5 to 7 years PQE
