• Earning high accreditation in the Legal 500, the Real Estate team advise household names, high-end companies, national housebuilders and regional developers on a broad range of complex property mandates, with particular knowledge in the retail, leisure, education and healthcare sectors
• To align with this, you will manage a diverse caseload covering all aspects of real estate work, including acquisitions & disposals, redevelopments, landlord & tenant matters and portfolio management
• As a Partner, you will also play a leading role in the development of the wider department, supporting the junior & mid-level lawyers with their progression and managing business development

The Ideal Candidate:

• A well-established Real Estate Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years PQE
• Strong business development capabilities & an entrepreneurial flair
