• This is a standout opportunity for a Real Estate Disputes Solicitor to join the firm's vibrant office in Newcastle, with hybrid working in place
• Earning high accreditation in the Legal 500, the Real Estate Disputes team handle the full spectrum of high-value residential & commercial property litigation for a broad range of national and regional clients
• As such, you will have a diverse caseload, including dilapidations, 1954 Act lease renewals, ASB possessions, rent reviews, service charges, FTT applications and assured & regulated tenancies
• As a Solicitor, you can expect to receive a high level of support and significant investment in your professional development - you will be working alongside respected Lawyers, who will give you the platform to further expand your real estate disputes network

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified Property Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE
