The Role:

  • This is a standout opportunity for a Corporate Partner to join the firm's buoyant office in Newcastle, with hybrid working in place
  • The award-winning Corporate department are widely regarded for their specialist knowledge in M&A transactions across the pharmaceutical, travel & property development sectors
  • To align with this, you will advise a broad range of business clients in M&A transactions, corporate governance, partnership matters, joint venture & shareholders' agreements and general commercial advice
  • As a Partner, you will also work alongside other seniors regarding the development of the firm and play a leading role in expanding the Corporate offering

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A well-established Corporate Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years PQE
  • Strong business development capabilities
  • First-class communication and an entrepreneurial flair
