This is a standout opportunity for a Corporate Associate to join the firm's dynamic office in Newcastle.
You will manage a workload of corporate transactional and company law advisory work for a number of well-known clients, including owner-managed businesses, private and public companies, public sector bodies, LLPs, partnerships and individuals.
This will include drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of transactional and corporate documents as well as complex M&A work.
You will closely mentor junior members of the team and offer constructive training to support their development.
