The Role:

  • The firm are looking for a Construction Associate to join their vibrant office in Newcastle, with hybrid working in place
  • Recognised in the Legal 500, the Construction department are widely regarded as one of the strongest in the region for complex & high-value transactions, advising a mixture of public sector institutions and heavyweight corporates
  • As such, you will have a diverse caseload covering a full spectrum of non-contentious construction work, including standard form (NEC & JCT) and specialist contracts and project work within the energy & infrastructure sectors
  • As an Associate, you will also have the opportunity to mentor the junior members of the team and get involved in business development for the department

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A qualified Construction Solicitor with 1 to 4 years PQE
  • Clear understanding of relevant legal issues
