The Role:

• The firm are looking for a Commercial Property Associate to join their buoyant office in Newcastle, with hybrid working in place
• The Commercial Property department is known as one of the firm's busiest & strongest departments, with an ever-growing client base of national & local developers, investors, property lenders, and public & third sector organisations
• As such, you will have a diverse caseload, including property development and regeneration, investment and asset management, property finance, and landlord & tenant work
• As an Associate, you will also have the opportunity to mentor the junior members of the team and get involved in business development
• You can expect to receive a high level of support and significant investment in your professional development - you will be working alongside respected Lawyers, who will give you the platform to further expand your commercial property network

The Ideal Candidate:

• An experienced Commercial Property Solicitor from 3 to 6 years PQE
• Well-organised and proactive
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good written and oral communication skills
