The Role:

• The Firm are looking for an ambitious Commercial Litigation Solicitor (NQ) to join their offices in Newcastle, with hybrid working in place
• The leading Commercial Litigation department consists of a busy group of litigators who deal with a wide range of disputes on behalf of well-known public & private sector organisations
• As such, you will have a diverse caseload, including contractual disputes, IP infringements, shareholder & partnership disputes, construction claims and public procurement challenges
• As a junior Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to assist the senior lawyers on more complex & high-value cases, giving you early exposure to a full gamut of issues
• In return, you can expect to receive genuine investment as you progress within the team towards senior level and beyond

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified Commercial Litigation Solicitor from NQ to 3 years PQE
• Strong academic background
• Excellent communication skills
