The Role:

You will join one of the UK's pre-eminent Real Estate teams in the firm's Newcastle office.

The Real Estate team has broad capabilities in premium Real Estate transactions, including acquisitions & disposals and developments across key sectors such as energy, tech and healthcare. At this level, the opportunity moulds around the individual, with the flexibility to specialise and develop a niche and market profile within specific sectors.

Requirements:

• As a guide, this role would suit a Real Estate Lawyer between 3 - 7 years PQE
• Experience gained at a respected city or large regional law firm
• Have had exposure to a broad range of property work, including acquisitions, disposals, developments
• Prior experience of maintaining client relationships and supporting junior lawyers
