The L500 Top Tier Corporate team are led by a group of talented partners, recognised as leaders in their field, who possess key specialist knowledge across the corporate market. With clients varying from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne to LDC Private Equity and Northern Gas & Power, the work is broad and usually high profile.

You will carry out a diverse corporate caseload including working with SMEs and large corporates, M&As and shareholder agreements, private equity and venture capital transactions, and listed company transactions and IPOs.

Requirements:

• You will be a qualified Solicitor from 4 years PQE in corporate matters
