The role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join their growing and expanding team based in Redhill, Surrey

The Litigation department is highly ranked in the legal 500 and chambers, it is currently growing and expanding, following this trend for many years

In this role you will be working as part of a large network of litigators spanning civil work, commercial litigation and more. In this role you will be focussing on property litigation and the caseload will be broad, including; dilapidation matters, boundary disputes, residential / commercial disputes and much more.

The department is currently looking to grow given they are very busy.

Requirements

• You will be 4 years PQE experience (although exceptional junior candidates may be considered).
• You will be a motivated, driven individual with an eye for detail and career progression.
• You will be well experienced across property litigation
