Legal Counsel | 2 years PQE | International Gases & Engineering company

This heavy hitting Gases & Engineering company are looking to expand their already experienced Legal Division with the addition of a dynamic and ambitious Legal Counsel.

The role

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing legal division within a international company based from their Woking office.

In this role you will be dealing with a broad scope of Commercial, Corporate, Dispute-related and Company Secretarial work. There will be a particular focus on Commercial matters which include Contract work, GDPR work, Data Protection, IT Contracts and more.

You will be joining a strong team of 4-5 Lawyers who all come from very strong legal backgrounds. You will be providing legal support to the UK & Ireland division whilst supporting the EMEA business meaning experience in EMEA is advantageous, although not essential.

Requirements

• You will be a qualified Solicitor of 2 years PQE and you will be able to handle Corporate / Commercial matters
• You will have either worked at a leading private practice firm, or have existing in-house experience
• You will have the ability to work autonomously but also enjoy working as part of a team when required.
