The Role

Due to growth, this Law firm are looking for a Corporate Senior Solicitor to join their growing legal 500 ranked offering based in Surrey.

The firm are looking to expand their Corporate Department and are looking for a full-time Corporate Solicitor to join their hard working and vibrant team that has achieved double percentage growth over the last 7 years.

You can expect to be working for household brand names and owner managed businesses alike on a wide range of corporate matters including M&A's, business restructuring, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital work.

Requirements

• 6 years relevant PQE (preferable)
• Solid experience working in an established and recognised Corporate & Commercial Department
• Excellent client care skills and a commercial approach
