The role

This Real Estate heavyweight practice based in Surrey are looking to recruit a Solicitor to join their department join their growing department

In this role you will be working alongside the head of department coupled with several other senior fee-earners. There is already a team of 6-7 fee earners in this department and all are highly regarded for their work giving you the opportunity to work alongside likeminded individuals.

You will be managing a development focussed caseload which will include option agreements, contracts, planning and development finance / secured lending.

The client base of this real estate team is varied allowing a solicitor to cater any existing clients they may bring. This includes national developers, local SME's and international companies.

Requirements

• You will be an Real Estate Solicitor with strong experience in development
• You will be ambitious to assist in the further growth of a real estate team
• You will have worked at a leading regional, established high street or city practice
