Due to the environment of the firm, staff retention is very high, and many of the Partners have spent the majority of their career at the firm.

The role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Private Client solicitor 10 years PQE to join a practice offering salaried partnership with a route to equity in the short term

This department houses some of the most experience private client solicitors outside of the city. They are looking to grow with the view of succession. The department deals with a broad array of private client work which includes:

• Wills / Trusts
• Probate / Estate Administration
• Tax
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection

This department boasts an affluent client base, much of which is based purely through referrals or reputation. There is very little need for this department to 'market and BD' due to their presence in the market meaning experience and an interest in this is advantageous, but not essential.

This firm are seeking a technically strong lawyer and in line with succession, they are seeking someone who is seeking to progress towards equity in the short term. An interest in involving yourself in the 'commercial' aspect of a running and managing a department and practice is key, although immediate experience in this is not a requirement but similarly advantageous.
