In this position you will be undertaking a caseload consisting of both Civil and Commercial Litigation. This practice shares fantastic connections with local SME's / regional companies, and they are looking for someone to come in and drive the department forwards. Examples of caseload may include commercial disputes, shareholder disagreements, boundary disputes and much more. You will be liaising with other departments in the firm who receive a high volume of referral work.
In this role you will be working directly alongside experienced solicitors, the managing partner and members of the support staff team giving you a breadth of knowledge and experience to work with.
