The Role

This is an exciting and rare opportunity for a Litigation Solicitor 2 years PQE to join this established practice based in Esher, Surrey.

In this role you working closely alongside 1-2 of the senior figures in the litigation department giving you excellent exposure and training. You will be mentored and trained in dealing with HNW / UNHW Litigation matters covering the following:

• Civil and commercial contractual disputes
• Landlord and tenant disputes
• Debt collection
• Employment
• Matrimonial

This firm has an established client base and they have been dealing with the same clients for over 30 years giving all of their fee-earners a good sense of client familiarity which is hard to find in firms of a much larger size.

The Requirements

• A qualified Solicitor 2 years PQE
• Previous Litigation and broad Disputes experience
• Ambition, passion, and ongoing commitment to developing as a lawyer
• Friendly demeanour when engaging with clients and colleagues
