The caseload will encompass a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, Joint ventures, Private Equity, Shareholder agreements, and more.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor 3 years PQE experience (although exceptional junior candidates may be considered)
