This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor 2-5 to join a strong team of lawyers based in Godalming, Surrey

Real Estate is a core focus for this firm and its team's success has stemmed off the back of the reputation for Commercial Property matters they handle. They work across a wide variety of Real Estate matters spanning acquisitions and disposals, real estate finance, development, lease extensions and more.
You will be joining a high-performing team of 7 fee earners and work closely alongside recognised partners who will look to help and guide you throughout your early career.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor and you will be 2-5 years PQE (although more exceptional junior candidates will be considered)
