The role

This role has been designed for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor with the drive to inherit long-standing client relationships. This role will be based in Woking, Surrey.

In this role you will be working directly alongside the head of department managing a broad array of commercial property matters. You will be introduced to the long-standing, affluent client base which includes developers, building societies and SME's. The type of work this department deals with includes the following:

• Landlord and Tenant work
• Development
• Property Finance
• Sales and Purchases

Requirements

• You will be a property solicitor and you will be 5 years PQE
