The role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor 5 years PQE to join a high reputable practice based in Godalming, Surrey.

The role involves working closely with the Head of the Residential Conveyancing department who is regarded as a leading property figure outside of London. He is looking for a Conveyancer to work alongside him part-time 3-4 days per week.

You will not be given billings target, but you will be assisting on complex residential matters and running your own files alongside this.

The property department deals with HNW / UHNW Conveyancing matters and they charge well for the work they do. Often dealing with properties in excess value of 5 million, this is an excellent opportunity to deal with high-quality caseload.

The department deals with the following:

• Acting for buyers and sellers,
• Sales / Purchases
• Lease Extensions
• Transfers of Equity
