You will be working on a diverse and captivating caseload including Private M&A, private equity, high growth companies, shareholder agreements, corporate rationalisations/reorganisations, general corporate advising and more, meaning that no two days are ever the same.

Requirements:

• You will be a Corporate Solicitor 1-5 years of relevant PQE
• Be a strong team player with excellent communication skills
