The Role:

This is an opportunity for a banking & finance solicitor of 1-4 years PQE to work within one of the largest specialist finance practices outside London and with a team that is top-ranked in Chambers UK.

This team are one of the few outside London who can comfortably manage high-value club and syndicated finance transactions and the smaller value, bilateral deals. They have an international reach, with well-established links across the world with tried and tested partner firms who frequently engage with them on the English law aspects of banking and finance transactions.

The team consists of 15 fee earners and specialise across a broad diet of financial matters. You would be working alongside a directory recognised partners including the head of department who before moving to the firm was a partner at a Magic Circle firm, demonstrating the quality of work on offer.

Requirements

• You will be 1-4 years PQE and you will have experience working within an established law firm.
• Must be a team player with strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage your own caseload without supervision.
