The role

This company are seeking a Commercial Corporate Lawyer to join a growing legal division based in Farnham, Surrey.

You will be working in a team of 4-5 based in Farnham, dealing with a broad variety of Commercial Corporate matters which includes Commercial Contracts, Regulatory Matters, Data Protection, GDPR.

You will be dealing with international brands, regional companies and local SME's making no day ever the same. You will be working within a team who promote a collaborative culture where support is not considered an issue, but more of a fundamental aspect of teamwork.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Corporate Solicitor and you will be 2-5 years PQE.
• You will have a strong sense of Commercial acumen
• You will work well within a team, but have the ability to also work autonomously when required.
