The Role

They are seeking a talented Employment Solicitor NQ - 2 years PQE to join their successful Guildford, Surrey offering.

The team's enviable list of clients includes large multi-national and national organizations, mid-market UK companies, and entrepreneurial businesses

Within this role, you will engage in both contentious & non-contentious matters, covering areas such as:

• Contract reviews
• Settlement agreement advice
• Tribunal case management
• Redundancy advice
• Advice in relation to TUPE
• Immigration queries

The current team comprises of 5 professionals, including 2 individually ranked & recommended Partners and 3 associates. This will provide you with an excellent support network to springboard your career.

Requirements:

• You will be a qualified Solicitor NQ- 2 years PQE
• You will have sat an employment law seat or have employment experience
• You will possess the drive to become part of a high-performing department that houses leading lawyers outside of London
