The Role

Because this firm are expanding, they are looking for a Contentious Probate Solicitor 5 years PQE to join their growing offering based in Guildford

You will work as part of the wider dispute resolution team which deals with a wide range of high-level work. As a Contentious Probate Solicitor, you will be able to demonstrate substantial experience in contentious probate matters including:

• Contesting the validity of Wills
• Inheritance Act disputes
• Trustee disputes
• Estate disputes

You will be working directly alongside several senior partners giving you not only exposure to a strong quality level of work, but mentors to learn and develop from.

Requirements:

• You will be a Contentious Probate Solicitor (5 years PQE)
• You will be client-care-focused and driven
• You will be keen to learn, develop and grow technically
