The Role

They are seeking a skilled Compliance Solicitor 5 years of PQE to join their award-winning offering in Guildford, Surrey.

You will be a technically minded individual with strong property experience seeking a non-fee earning and non-client facing role.

Your role will involve; reviewing and approval of completion packs, approval of non-completion payment requests, reviewing and signing physical and digital Cots; reviewing and signing Land Registry certificates for non-solicitor consultants, certifying documents, providing technical legal assistance to consultants and in-house tea on property and litigation matters and, much more.

The ideal candidate will have a broad range of legal experience with a specialist focus in the Property sector as this makes up a bulk of the firm's work.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor 5 years of PQE
• Wide array of legal knowledge with previous experience in property
• Previous experience working with a high workload
• Previous management experience is essential
