The role

The firm are seeking to Commercial Lawyer to strengthen their offering based in Guildford, Surrey.

In this position you will be working alongside a team of leading commercial partners. They are ranked Tier 1 / Tier 2 across the Corporate and Commercial practice. Their client range includes local businesses, national clients and international blue-chip companies.

This department deals with a varied and broad level of litigation work including:

• Commercial Contracts
• GDPR
• IP / IT
• Joint ventures

This firm have a clear vison for the commercial team and they are looking to grow at the lateral level to enhance their already impressive offering. The team currently stands at 15 ranging from associates to partners.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Solicitor and you will be 2-5 years PQE
• You will be looking to join a commercially minded regional heavyweight
• You will have the drive to join a heavy hitting department housing some of the best lawyers outside of London
