The Role

The firm is seeking an Escrow Administrator to support its Corporate & Commercial and Finance Departments.


Responsibilities:

  • Processing accounts/incoming payments
  • Ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
  • Conducting "know your client checks" and anti-money laundering checks
  • Reconciling the funds received ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Verifying discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing or stock issues
  • Running on-boarding process for clients
  • Acting as a day to day liaison for key clients


This would be an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong experience in a general accounting role, with excellent attention to detail and a client-centric, professional manner.
