The Role

The firm are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with 6 years PQE to join their legal 500-ranked team in Ipswich, Suffolk.

The role will see you joining an award-winning Property team, dealing with a quality of work only found in the City of London, dealing with an ever-growing client base of HNW individuals, wealthy families, business owners and entrepreneurs.

You will work as part of a supportive, friendly and professional team on a high-quality caseload of matters, including but not limited to; portfolio management, secured lending, landlord and tenant agreements, acquisitions and disposals.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression, including Partnership for the right candidate.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 6 years of PQE
• You should enjoy business development and marketing
• You should have a proven and strong history of billings.
• You should be ambitious and keen to progress and grow with the firm.
