The Role:

The firm is seeking an ambitious and career-driven Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team in Ipswich, Suffolk.

The Real Estate department deals with an exceptional quality of work, normally only associated with that of a top London firm.

You will deal with high-value and complex matters for an excellent and varied client base, working alongside an experienced Partner.

The caseload will include; Landlord and tenant, Licenses to assign, Commercial leases, Acquisitions and disposals, and Development work.

You will work within a top-tier department, alongside a highly experienced team and some of the best lawyers in the region.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE (there is no upper limit on PQE - with senior positions and even partnership on offer for the right candidate)
• You will have extensive technical knowledge with proven experience in business development
• You should be keen to engage in networking and build your own client base
• You will have strong interpersonal skills and be a team player
