The Role

The team achieved significant quality driven growth last year which is set to continue. Therefore, they are seeking a Fee Earner to work on their own caseload, with training offered for more complex transactions.

The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters including but not limited to:

• Buying & Selling
• Transfer of Equity
• Mortgages and Remortgages
• Tenancy agreements

The team have a wealth of experience working with a variety of local, regional and national clients - the firm will also provide you with all resources and support to be successful in the role.

This is an exciting opportunity which would suit a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Residential Conveyancer looking to build their experience in a collegiate atmosphere - offering a varied role and further progression prospects.

Responsibilities

• You will be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Conveyancer with 2 years PQE
• You will have an excellent technical knowledge for a range of matters
• Able to handle your own caseload of work
