The Role:

  • This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a Family Lawyer to join the firm's offices in Sheffield, with hybrid working in place
  • The Legal 500 ranked Family team handle a significant portion of high-value family matters, often relating to financial remedies and the division of complex assets, for a range of HNW clients and individuals
  • To align with this, you will have a diverse caseload, including children matters, divorce & financial applications (involving pension and business interests), pre-nuptial agreements and TOLATA-related issues
  • As a Senior Lawyer, you will also have the opportunity to support the junior members of the team and get involved in business development
  • In return, you can expect to receive plenty of opportunities to further progress within the team towards director and partner level

The Ideal Candidate:

  • An experienced Family Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years
  • Strong business development capabilities & an entrepreneurial flair
