The Role:

  • The firm are looking for an ambitious Court of Protection Associate to join their vibrant office in Sheffield, with hybrid working in place
  • Situated within the firm's Legal 500 Private Client department, the Court of Protection team assist on a full spectrum of complex and often substantial cases relating to a client's property & affairs
  • To align with this, you will have a diverse caseload covering all aspects of property & affairs, including deputyship applications, applications including gifts & statutory wills, personal injury trusts, LPAs and trusts for infants
  • As an Associate, you will also have the opportunity to manage your own caseload and support the junior members as they develop within the team
  • In return, you can expect to receive plenty of opportunities to further progress towards senior level and beyond

The Ideal Candidate:

  • An experienced Court of Protection Solicitor with 4 to 6 years PQE
  • Clear understanding of relevant legal issues
