The Role:

• The firm are looking for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join as Senior Associate in Sheffield, with hybrid working in place
• Earning Legal 500 accreditation, the Corporate team undertake an entire range of complex projects for international businesses, PLCs and SMEs across the IT, retail, agriculture and healthcare sectors
• To align with this, you will manage a diverse caseload, including mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets, private equity, shareholder arrangements, employee ownership trusts and corporate governance
• As a Senior Associate, you will also help to support the junior members of the team and liaise with other seniors regarding the development of the department
• In return, you can expect to receive plenty of opportunities to further progress within the team towards director and partner level

The Ideal Candidate:

• An experienced Corporate Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE
• Clear understanding of relevant legal issues
• Highly meticulous & commercially focused
