The Role:

• The Firm are looking for a well-established Commercial Property Solicitor to join as a Partner in Sheffield, with hybrid working in place
• Earning Legal 500 accreditation, the Commercial Property department collectively possess extensive knowledge on a full spectrum of transactions and developments, with clients ranging from well-known investors and SMEs to private individuals across the retail, sports and hospitality industries
• To align with this, you will manage a diverse caseload, including sales & purchases, landlord & tenant, lease agreements, property development & investment and rural property work
• As a Partner, you will also play a leading role in the further development of the department, providing support to the rest of the team and managing business development

The Ideal Candidate:

• A well-established Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years PQE
• Strong business development capabilities & an entrepreneurial flair
