The Role:
As a result of organic growth and investment, the firm in Doncaster now requires a Fee Earner to strengthen and add value to its high-achieving Employment team.
There are also options to work out of other Yorkshire offices and hybrid working options to enable an agile and flexible approach to work arrangements.
You will manage your case-load of employment law matters to include:

• Employment Tribunals
• Disciplinary and Grievance issues
• Contracts of employment
• Discriminatory allegations
• Settlement agreements
• TUPE
• Staff handbooks

You will be given autonomy across your matters and gain exposure to more complex work alongside team partners. You will also be allowed to shape your career by focusing on particular areas of corporate law and becoming an expert within your field.

Requirements:

• You will be an experienced Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 1 Year PQE
• You will have the ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of employment law matters
• You will possess an ambition to further your career and welcome opportunities for learning and development
• Possess the ability to partake in business development
