The Role

The firm has an exciting new vacancy for a Conveyancing Paralegal join their office based in South West London.

Property is one of the largest departments firm-wide, they have an outstanding reputation among clients and agents for delivering a great service and adding real value to client's transactions. They have seen a real increase in the number of quality referrals; you will join a friendly and supportive team. They have good support for fee earners with a solid workforce.

You will assist the property solicitors, while dealing with a good quality caseload consisting of; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Lease extensions, Re-mortgages and transfer of equity, the caseload will also from time to time have some new builds.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

The Requirements

• You will either be a Conveyancing Paralegal with at least 18 months experience
• You will be able to handle your own caseload
• You will be able to work unsupervised / with minimal support
• You should have a passion for property work
• You should have good interpersonal skills
• You should have a good eye for detail and be organised

Renumeration

• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience and background and competitive.
