Due to increased workflow this practice seeks Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor NQ-2 PQE to join its accredited department, with genuine prospects for progression.

This practice has continued to grow and now has a client base that extends across the UK & Internationally. The Leasehold enfranchisement team deals with an excellent quality of work. This includes; Collective enfranchisement, group statutory and voluntary lease extensions, issues facing property management and the right to manage.

Your caseload will be varied, and you will be working alongside highly-ranked Solicitors & Partners who are prepared to invest their time and effort to help your career develop.
