The role

Due to strategic growth and succession planning, the firm is seeking to hire an Employment Solicitor into their West End, London office.

The Employment department deals with an excellent quality of work. They service a broad client base ranging from SME, OMB right up to large national and multi-national clients. You will find that the work spans a wide range of industry sectors. You will deal with both contentious and non-contentious work, as well as corporate support.

Work will include, but not be limited to, Settlement agreements, redundancy, unfair dismissal, contractual disputes, employment tribunals, wrongful dismissal, whistleblowing, and corporate support.

You will work with the other partners to develop and drive the department forwards.

Requirements

  • You will be an Employment Solicitor with at least eight years PQE
  • You will have good experience of dealing with large settlements
  • Experience of developing and expanding on existing workstreams is essential
  • You will have first-class communication skills
