This established and dynamic firm is currently seeking to hire a Company Commercial Solicitor to join the firm's Central London office. You will work alongside vastly experienced Partners and get your teeth into some extremely interesting work, dealing with many HNW and international clientele.

The Firm

The firm is currently growing and busy with new work, increasingly with an International flavour. The practice has a strong leadership team, with well-thought-out, strategic growth planned over the next 12/24 months.

The firm deal with an ever-growing quantity of work with an International flavour. Whether this is clients with International businesses and assets or cross-border legal matters, you will find a good variety of the work that they do. They currently deal with markets that include Turkey, India, and China.

The Role

The work is extremely varied and interesting involving non-contentious corporate and commercial work which includes M&A transactions, equity fundraising, joint ventures and shareholders' agreements, corporate financing as well as more general corporate and commercial advice. This work often includes corporate real estate transactions (UK and offshore SPVs).

The candidate will be comfortable with drafting and negotiating non-disclosure agreements, heads of terms, investment agreements, development and LLP agreements, articles of association and the full suite of corporate documents including share option agreements (EMIs and non-tax advantageous schemes).

Requirements

• You will be an 6 PQE Company Commercial Solicitor
• You should be able to assist junior fee earners
• You will be able to manage a busy caseload
