They are seeking to hire a 3-4 years PQE Solicitor to join their growing Property team in South West London.
Their Property team consists of 2 partners, 3 fee earners and support staff. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced Partners with excellent reputations in the market, giving you an unrivalled level of exposure for your years of PQE.
Their clientele is a mixture of local and national HNW clients, some of which have got family ties to the company stretching back decades. The monthly targets are reasonable and achievable, ensuring their clients continue to receive market-leading legal advice and support. Then work will encompass a mixed property caseload including Leasehold and Freehold.
You will be responsible for driving the business forward, working on their in-house caseload whilst offering an entrepreneurial approach to maximising business opportunities. They are continually looking at social media and other avenues to expand their clientele.
There will be the option to work remotely a few days a week once you have settled into the role.
