The Role

Due to increased workflow, this firm seeks an Employment Associate 3 PQE to join their growing South London outfit.

The Employment department deals with an excellent quality of work which includes but is not limited to; breach of contract (Contentious & Non-Contentious), discrimination, bullying & harassment, equal pay and the handling of more complex matters.

They are always looking for ways to evolve and maintain their 21st Century approach to work and use the most modern case management systems/software.

They offer a competitive salary alongside a generous bonus of 33% on anything billed over 3 times salary.

Requirements

• You will be an Employment Lawyer 3 relevant years PQE
• You will be a dynamic and personable individual
• You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
