The practice are looking to hire a Senior Restructuring and Insolvency Solicitor that could progress to Partner.

The Role:

This is a highly progressive opportunity for a Restructuring & Insolvency Senior Associate to join the firm's vibrant office in London.

Your caseload will be diverse, including Covenant breaches, debt restructuring, capital restructuring, supply chain issues, asset tracing, liquidations, cross-border recovery and more.

You will act for Banks and other lending institutions, Private equity companies, Investment funds, Creditors, Retailers, Healthcare suppliers, Charities and Commercial organisations, many of which have a multi-jurisdictional element.

Requirements:

• You must have 7 years PQE
• The ability to work in a team environment with good training and motivation skills;
• Good client care and quality control skills;
• Awareness and exercise of financial management skills;
• Good management and supervisory skills;
• Good business development and marketing skills.
