The firm is recruiting for a Residential Property Solicitor (1-3 years PQE) to join their flourishing West End office.

The firm now stands at 85 staff, they are a full multi-service firm and are growing across several departments. The firm has a strong reputation for Residential Property work, with the department having solid relationships with many high-end estate agents, you will find a client base of many HNW individuals, celebrities and well-known individuals.

The bespoke caseload will include many high-value matters and will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions.

Requirements:

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor 1-3 years PQE
• You will have a strong background including working with HNW clients in London
• You will be a team player with good communication skills
